Fyntica

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Fyntica — on your phone or in a browser — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Fyntica is a tool for creating invoices and quotes and managing clients, expenses and financial accounts. It runs on your device and offers optional cloud sync for those who create an account.

The app is provided free of charge and without advertising.

3. Your account

4. Your responsibility for your data

Important disclaimer: Fyntica is a calculation and organisation tool. It is not a substitute for a qualified accountant or for an official tax filing.

The bundled VAT rates are the standard rates prevailing when the app was written and are fully editable, because tax systems change. The in-app VAT return report is indicative. Consult your accountant before any official filing.

The tax QR code follows the phase-one model of Saudi e-invoicing. Direct integration with the authority's platform (phase two) is out of scope for this release.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to:

6. Intellectual property

The app, its name and its design belong to Fyntica. Your data is yours: we claim no rights over it and you can export all of it at any time.

7. Availability

The app is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but we do not warrant that it is free of defects or that sync is available without interruption. Because the app writes to your device first, a sync outage does not stop you from working.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fyntica is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profit, tax penalties or data loss — arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. As the app is provided free of charge, total liability in any case does not exceed what you paid for it.

9. Termination

You may stop at any time by deleting the app or your account. We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these terms, allowing you to export your data first where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
